Job summary

Crest Nicholson plc is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for our Midlands Division, based at the Marston Leys development in Stratford Upon Avon, Warwickshire. You will support senior site management, coordinate trades, and help deliver premium homes to schedule and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in an assistant level role, familiarity with traditional home building, and a proven ability to complete projects to high standards. We offer a comprehensive benefits package.

We're currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join our Midlands Division on our Marston Leys development in Stratford Upon Avon, Warwickshire.

You will need experience in a similar assistant level role, mixed with your tools and trades knowledge in any specialised area. You’ll also need experience in building traditional homes, with a consistent track record of completing projects.
