You will work closely with the site manager and subcontractors to maintain build programmes, manage site operations, and uphold Crest health and safety standards, ensuring budgets and deadlines are met. This role demands leadership, resilience, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience in an assistant-level role.
• Experience in building traditional homes with a track record of completing projects.

Responsibilities
