Assistant Site Manager - Beverley
New Build Housing Site | 2-3 Months Contract | Immediate Start
We are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join a busy new build housing development in Beverley on a freelance basis.
Role Details:
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Beverley
Duration: 2-3 Months (with potential extension)
Project: Timber Frame Housing (timber frame experience beneficial but not essential)
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations
Coordinating trades and ensuring health & safety on site
Helping to maintain build quality and timelines
Assisting with site paperwork, inspections, and handover procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience in residential construction
SMSTS or SSSTS
CSCS Card
First Aid
Strong communication and organisational skills
