New Build Housing Site | 2-3 Months Contract | Immediate Start

We are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join a busy new build housing development in Beverley on a freelance basis.

Role Details:

• Start Date: Immediate

• Location: Beverley

• Duration: 2-3 Months (with potential extension)

• Project: Timber Frame Housing (timber frame experience beneficial but not essential)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations

• Coordinating trades and ensuring health & safety on site

• Helping to maintain build quality and timelines

• Assisting with site paperwork, inspections, and handover procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential construction

• SMSTS or SSSTS

• CSCS Card

• First Aid

• Strong communication and organisational skills
