The role

Linsco is working with a national developer seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager based in Doncaster. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with house builder experience to join a well-established and award-winning company.

• Maintain and deliver the build programme in accordance with budgets and forecasts, ensuring the final product meets high standards.
• Assist the Site Manager and work with site staff.
• Liaise with head office, NHBC, and local authority departments.
• Order materials timely to achieve the build programme.
• Ensure all NHBC inspections are completed as required.
• Conduct handover inspections of properties in line with customer care procedures.
• Address customer care defects promptly in collaboration with the customer care team.
• Promote a culture of safety, progress, quality, and innovation.
• Manage labour-only groundworkers/contractors effectively.
• Possess excellent knowledge of construction build programmes and processes.
• Successfully meet customer service requirements.
• Be aware of relevant codes of practice, such as NHBC and Building Regulations.
