Job summary

Mind Retail is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to work with the Shop Manager and volunteers to hit sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service in a Mind shop. You will help create a welcoming community hub, take on day‑to‑day responsibility in the manager’s absence, and be supported to develop your personal and professional skills through Mind’s development programmes.
