Mind Retail is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to work with the Shop Manager and volunteers to achieve sales and profit targets while upholding exceptional shop standards and customer service.

You will lead and motivate the team, plan workloads, and take ownership in the Shop Manager's absence. Mind supports development through workshops and programmes to grow your personal and professional skills.

Responsabilités
