Mind Retail is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager in Scarborough to work with the Shop Manager and the team to drive sales and shop performance while supporting Mind's mental health mission. You’ll help maintain high shop standards and deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring smooth daily operations and a strong community hub.
