The Warehouse and Workflow Team Leader is responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the Hub. This role ensures the efficient receipt, sorting, categorisation, storage, and distribution of donated goods while coordinating transport operations across shops, clothing banks and donation points. The postholder will lead warehouse operatives, volunteers, and drivers to maximise income from donations, maintain excellent operational standards, and deliver safe, effective, and compliant warehouse and logistics services.
