Royal Mencap Society is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to work across Woking, Guildford and Cranleigh in a fixed-term role for six months. The post involves supporting the Service Manager across four supported living services, ensuring smooth operation and high-quality person-centred care.
You will lead a team, coordinate induction and training, conduct regular performance reviews and support planning, risk assessment and outcome-based support via the What Matters Most app.
We are looking for an Assistant Service Manager to join our person-centered services working across Woking, Guildford and Cranleighwhere we support people with a learning disability. This is a fixed term role lasting 6 months.
You will support the Service Manager and ensure the continued smooth operation of these supported living services by undertaking a range of management tasks to support the team, and the people living there.

This role is on a fixed term contract for six months. 37.5 hours per week.
