Job summary

Oakgar Recruitment seeks an Assistant Service Manager in Tadley, Hampshire, to oversee a care service for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour. Qualifications

• Strong understanding of best practice in delivering support to people with different needs.
• Excellent communication and people management skills with knowledge and a good understanding of current CQC regulations and compliance.
• Able to cover the rota 24/7/365 including early mornings and late evenings.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and train teams to provide outstanding support through effective training, coaching and leadership by example.
• Lead active support and empower the people you support to have active and fulfilling lives aligned with their needs and aspirations.
• Oversee service operations including rostering, support plans, staff deployment and managing budgets.
