If the answer is yes to the above then we want to hear from you! We are looking to recruit an Assistant Service Manager, working within a large and busy Service operation.

The successful candidate for our Assistant Service manager position will be responsible for the day to day running of the Service Reception team. You will have 9-direct Service staff reporting to you, and you will work closely with the Workshop Controller to ensure efficient and effective daily works loads are achieved. Assisting the service manager in ensuring the department provides the best possible service to the customers and achieves agreed profits and retention levels.

About You:

We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:

  • Experience as an Assistant Service Manager / Reception Manager a main dealer environment is essential
  • Strong industry knowledge
  • Aptitude for multi-tasking.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Quality awareness.
  • Full driving licence.

Basic Salary circa £35,000 OTE £44,000
