Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support the SENDCO in meeting statutory duties for SEND students.
• Support students with a range of needs inside and outside the classroom.
• Teach specific groups of students to access the curriculum and meet targets.
• Supervise and direct Learning Support Assistants within the SEND provision.
• Coordinate assessments and EHCPs in line with the SEND Code of Practice.
• Contribute to school policies and collaborate with staff to support outcomes.
