Job summary

Greenwich Waldorf School in South East London seeks a highly motivated SENDCo to lead and manage SEND and inclusive provision across the school, working with SLT, analysing data, planning interventions and monitoring day-to-day SEND operations.

You will model inclusive practice for staff, support teaching with interventions, contribute to evaluation and staff development, and participate in visits to the school to meet pupils and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SEND provisions and inclusive practices.
• Ability to analyse data to inform planning and interventions.
• Strong collaboration with senior leaders, teachers and support staff.
• Commitment to professional development and reflective practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SEND provision across the school, including policy implementation.
• Analyse SEND data and support planning of interventions and strategies.
• Support and guide teaching staff in delivering provision to SEND students.
• Monitor day-to-day SEND operations and contribute to evaluation processes.
• Promote inclusive strategies to raise attainment and participation.
