What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee daily operations of the Security team in coordination with the Security Manager, ensuring high standards of professionalism, customer care, and hotel safety

• Respond to and manage emergency situations, including fire alarms, evacuation procedures, and critical incidents, ensuring the safety of guests, teams, and property

• Conduct and support investigations into accidents, incidents, and security breaches, liaising with senior managers, police, and relevant authorities as needed.

• Lead, train, and support Security Officers, promoting strong team performance, technical skills, and compliance with hotel procedures and legislation
