We have a fabulous opportunity to join Sanderson in our security team as an Assistant Safety and Security Manager.

As Assistant Safety and Security Manager, you will ensure the safety and security of our guests and colleagues while remaining approachable and professional. Your attentiveness, efficiency, and commitment will ensure the hotel remains a safe, enjoyable workplace and travel destination by adopting a zero-tolerance approach to security, health, and safety breaches.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience in a similar environment at a supervisory level.
• Valid SIA License
• First aid qualification.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to de-escalate situations.
• Strong ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Leadership skills to direct and manage teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively under pressure.
• Keen eye for detail.
