Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a security-related field in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, coaching, motivation, interpersonal & coordination skills, good problem-solving and conflict management skills
• Good personality with excellent communication and strong service-minded attitude
• Good investigation skills
• Knowledge and previous experience in Health & Safety
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Observant
• Ability to perform patrolling duties
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
