Derby Moor Spencer Academy is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to ensure the security, maintenance and presentation of our buildings and grounds. You will work within the Spencer Academies Trust framework and support the Facilities Manager with day-to-day premises decisions.

In addition to maintaining high standards, you will lead site staff and cleaning teams when the Facilities Manager is unavailable, ensuring smooth operations and a safe environment for students and staff alike.

Aufgaben

• Provide efficient and effective site management to the Academy ensuring security, maintenance, cleanliness and general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas in line with Spencer Academies Trust standards.
• In the absence of the Facilities Manager, provide effective line management of the site staff and cleaning team as appropriate to the staffing structure of the Academy.
• The Assistant Site Manager will have delegated responsibility for premises decisions following appropriate discussion with the Facilities Manager.
