Job summary

Derby Moor Spencer Academy in England is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join our committed staff. You will help oversee security, maintenance, cleanliness and appearance of our buildings and surrounding areas, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment.

You will work with the Facilities Manager, delegate tasks to site staff, and provide leadership in their absence. The role supports our Spencer Academies Trust motto of Together We Succeed.

Qualifications

• Provide efficient and effective site management to the Academy.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and effective site management to ensure security and maintenance of buildings.
• Delegate and manage premises decisions after discussion with the Facilities Manager.
• In absence of Facilities Manager, supervise site staff and cleaning team per staffing structure.
