About the Role

We’re seeking a high-calibre Assistant Sales Manager to join a thriving West London estate agency working across busy offices. With a portfolio banking over £1 million annually, this is a high-impact role offering earnings from more than one branches.

You’ll be second in command to the Branch Manager and lead a team of negotiators.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct valuations and win instructions
• Lead and motivate a team of sales negotiators
• Support the Branch Manager in daily operations and strategy
• Oversee negotiations and sales progression
• Contribute to overall branch and company targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints

Who We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ residential sales experience (West London preferred)
• Track record of strong instruction and banking performance
• Experience managing or mentoring others
• Confident valuer with strong closing ability
• Full UK driving licence required
• ARLA, RICS, or other industry qualifications desirable
• Onsite parking available
