Estate Agent Assistant Sales Manager / Lister

• This well-established and forward-thinking independent Estate Agency is looking to significantly increase its market share and actively grow the business through sales and listings, further enhancing its reputation for quality and performance.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Are you an Estate Agent with a proven track record in sales, valuation, and listing of residential property?
• Are you currently working in Estate Agency and feeling unsettled or undervalued in your current position?
• If you are a Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer / Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager, or Valuations Manager seeking your next career move, we would like to hear from you.
• They envision their new associate to have in-depth knowledge of Estate Agency and attributes to excel in Residential Property Sales and Listings—a true deal maker capable of seeing success both close to and far in the distance.
• Previous Estate Agency experience is essential.

Remuneration: Basic salary up to GBP 25,000 plus GBP 3,000 car allowance or a company car, with an initial salary guarantee of GBP 40,000 and on-target earnings of GBP 45,000.
