Job summary

Rowhill Grange Hotel & Utopia Spa, just outside London, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee service in RG's Fine Dining Restaurant & Elements Bar. You will lead the dining team, ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards across breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week.

The role requires supervisory experience in a quality hotel/restaurant, a smart appearance and excellent communication. You must have own transport due to location and shift patterns.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within a quality hotel/restaurant.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of waiters/esses to ensure excellence.
• Must have own transport due to location and shift work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant for service.
• Brief staff and allocate duties for shifts.
• Greet guests and take orders.
• Roster staff effectively.
• Coach and train new employees alongside Restaurant Manager.
• Provide food and beverage service including alcoholic drinks.
• Handle satisfaction feedback and resolve issues.
• Present bills and process payments.
• Reset restaurant for next service and maintain cleanliness.
