Bents Garden & Home in the UK is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our Front of House team, coaching and motivating a 100+ strong staff across seven dining locations and to deliver outstanding service to over 1,000 customers daily.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience managing a large team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to work in a very fast paced, pressurised environment to drive sales and deliver exceptional service.
• Excellent customer service skills, maintaining professionalism in any situation.
• Flexible approach to tasks and changes, always open to new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring the team (team size 100+), working alongside the Dining Management team.
• Oversee the daily operations across the 7 dining locations, seating over 1000 customers.
• Ensure customers receive outstanding service that exceeds expectations.
• Monitor and maintain health and safety standards.
