Job summary

Bents is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant Dining Team. You will coach and motivate a large front-of-house team, oversee daily operations across seven dining locations, and ensure every guest experience is memorable.

Your focus will be on coaching, development, and delivering outstanding service at pace. With at least 2 years of management experience in a busy setting, you’ll thrive under pressure, drive sales, and maintain high standards of customer care.

Your role as Assistant Restaurant Manager:

As our Assistant Restaurant Manager at Bents, you’ll be the heart of our Front of House team, working closely with the Diningleadership teamto ensure everything runs like clockwork. Your role will be all about coaching, developing, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service to our customers, while overseeing daily operations across multiple dining locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and mentor the team (team size 100+), working alongside the Dining Management team.
• Oversee the daily operations across the 7 dining locations, seating over 1000 customers.
• Ensure customers receive outstanding service that exceeds expectations.
• Monitor and maintain health and safety standards.
• Work efficiently and make things happen in a fast-paced environment.

We’re seeking someone with a passion for hospitality, excellent service, a drive to succeed, and a love for people You should be friendly, customer-focused, and have a positive attitude.

• At least 2 years of experience managing a large team in a fast-paced environment.
