Job summary

Bents is recruiting a Housekeeping Assistant to join our Dining Team. You’ll help maintain high standards across our 1000-seat dining areas, support front of house and kitchen colleagues, and contribute to a warm, welcoming service.

The role suits a hardworking, customer‑facing team player with a friendly personality. Expect shifts including weekdays, evenings, and some weekends, permanent status, and pay that meets UK minimum and living wages.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Experience in high-volume catering environments is desirable.
• Ability to work at pace and under pressure.
• Customer service focused mentality with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards across all dining areas and front of house.
• Clear and reset tables promptly to keep service flowing.
• Assist in pot wash and kitchen porter duties as needed.
• Support day-to-day running of dining departments and service activity.
• Follow Food Hygiene and Health & Safety requirements to ensure a safe workplace.
