Job summary

JOBS247 INC LTD in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support our Food & Beverage Manager in delivering outstanding service to residential guests. You will lead a service team to meet high standards across breakfast, lunch and dinner, and assist with banqueting and catering functions.

This role runs 38 hours per week with occasional overtime. You will help maintain cleanliness, health and safety, and foster a happy, productive team in a pleasant hotel environment.

Qualifications

• For this role we are ideally looking for candidates with some hotel experience, but this is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supporting our Food & Beverage Manager to deliver excellent service to our residential guests.
• Leading a service team to achieve consistently high standards for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Assisting with the delivery of banqueting and catering functions.
• Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and organization in our service areas.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Help us to ensure our team are happy and working effectively in a pleasant environment.
