Job summary

Franco Manca in the UK is seeking an energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to be the right-hand to the Restaurant Manager, guiding the team and keeping service running like clockwork.

You’ll lead the restaurant, deliver outstanding guest experiences, coach staff, manage shifts and stock, and ensure quality is everywhere from kitchen to table. The role offers £33,800–£43,000 OTE (includes service charge) plus quarterly bonuses and a wide benefits package.

• Management or Supervisory experience in Hospitality or restaurants with a focus on guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Roll up your sleeves and get stuck in – whether it’s managing a busy shift, handling customer feedback or making sure everything’s running smoothly behind the scenes.
• Keep an eye on the numbers, from stock levels to staff schedules, ensuring everything balances perfectly.
• Step up to the plate when the Manager is away, taking charge and keeping the Franco Manca magic alive.
