Job summary

Franco Manca is seeking a Supervisor/Team Leader to drive outstanding guest service in a fast-paced Italian pizza environment. You will support the Restaurant Manager, coach the team, manage stock and rotas, and ensure top-quality service across shifts.

Candidates with supervisory experience in hospitality, a passion for Italian food, and strong leadership and communication skills will thrive. Evening, weekend, and holiday flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supervisor/Team Leader role within hospitality or fast-paced restaurant environments.
• Passion for great Italian food and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving and multitasking.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, delivering exceptional service to each guest.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations for smooth service.
• Motivate and coach the team to maintain high performance and quality.
• Monitor stock levels, handle deliveries and maintain records.
• Assist in managing rotas to ensure adequate staffing for peak times.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain health and safety standards and compliance with food hygiene regulations.

• £13.06 - 17.06 per hour OTE (including service charge - our data says you can earn between £2 to £4 per hour on top of your pay)
