Job summary

Franco Manca is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead one of our bustling pizzerias in the United Kingdom. You will drive exceptional service, manage day-to-day operations, and inspire your team to deliver memorable experiences for every guest.

You will own budgeting, safety compliance, and guest satisfaction while fostering growth and a positive, energetic atmosphere across shifts.

Responsibilities

• £37,000 – 51,900 OTE (including service charge - our data says you can earn between £2 to £4 per hour on top of your pay)
