Job summary

Franco Manca is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead one of our buzzing pizzerias. You’ll drive the team to deliver exceptional service and a memorable guest experience, while overseeing daily operations and ensuring quality from dough to smiles.

You’ll manage budgets, hit targets and uphold health and safety, building strong relationships with customers and the local community. Franco Manca offers growth opportunities in a fast‑growing business.

• £37,000 – 51,900 OTE (including service charge - our data says you can earn between £2 to £4 per hour on top of your pay)
