Franco Manca Muswell Hill in London is seeking a Supervisor or Team Leader to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will lead by example and support daily operations while upholding our standards of quality and guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead by example, delivering exceptional service to every guest.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• You will have previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role within a Hospitality or fast paced restaurant setting.
• Have a passion for great Italian food and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, hands‑on approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
