Foxhills Collection in Ottershaw seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our prestigious team. You will support the Restaurant Manager across operations, staff leadership, and guest service in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry, preferably in a fine dining or upscale environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations, including food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to ensure exceptional service delivery and adherence to company standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow and timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and proactive manner.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage restaurant budgets and expenses.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
