We are looking for a passionate and independent Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team based at a historic landmark near Maidstone.

The menus proudly showcase the incredible range of seasonal, locally sourced produce from Kent’s rich countryside and coastline. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dining experience that reflects the very best of British food culture in a truly unforgettable setting.

The Role:

Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations, leading and motivating the front-of-house team.

Ensure the highest standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness.

Assist in developing and delivering menus that celebrate Kent’s local produce.

Help manage stock, staff rotas, and training.

Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and licensing regulations.

About You:

Experience in a similar supervisory or assistant manager role in hospitality.

A genuine passion for local, seasonal food and excellent customer service.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Organised, hands-on, and able to work independently.

A positive attitude with a drive to grow within the business.
