• Show confidence in managing floor operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Ensure the efficient flow of service during peak times while maintaining our service standards.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
• Manage all employees according to skills and standards, providing regular feedback and appraisals.
• Adhere to and uphold all food safety and quality regulations.
