About the Role – What You’ll Do

As Assistant Restaurant Manager at Amazonico, you’ll support the Restaurant Manager in leading the front-of-house team to deliver polished, attentive service in a high-energy luxury environment. You’ll be a hands-on leader, focused on team development, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

You will:

• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, always anticipating needs and preferences
• Support the Restaurant Manager in driving service standards and team training
• Manage floor operations with precision, especially during peak service
• Assist with rotas, reporting, and team performance reviews
• Handle guest feedback calmly and professionally
• Uphold all health & safety and hygiene regulations
• Be a visible leader on the floor and a key part of the guest journey

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in a premium or luxury hospitality venue
• A strong, guest-focused leadership style and excellent communication skills
• A hands-on approach and ability to manage a large team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and confidence in handling guest feedback
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members
• Passion for hospitality and a drive to exceed expectations
