Job title: Assistant Restaurant Manager – Hotel Du Vin

OTE up to £30,721 per annum (inclusive of tronc) - full-time hours, flexible working days.

You will have experience working in a busy restaurant environment, possibly as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager. You should be capable of delivering shift briefings to large teams, managing restaurant flow to ensure excellent guest experiences, and working alongside the team to maintain brand standards.
