Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in Carlisle is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach the team, and drive guest satisfaction. You will own performance, maintain the vibe, and ensure a smooth, welcoming service that makes every guest feel at home.

You’ll manage rosters, stock, and standards, hit KPIs, and nurture a high-performing team. We value authentic leadership, hands-on coaching, and a passion for delivering great chicken and a positive restaurant

• Experience driving performance and guest satisfaction.
