Job summary

KFC UK is seeking a motivated Shift Leader to support the team, own day-to-day operations, and help hit performance goals while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You will lead by example, train and coach crew, manage rostering and stock, and ensure every shift runs smoothly with a friendly, efficient atmosphere.

This role offers a competitive salary of £32,000–£35,000, a quarterly bonus, extra holiday, life assurance, staff discounts, and wellbeing support as part of our team.
