Job summary

KFC UK is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Redhill to lead from the front, take full ownership of the restaurant, and drive performance while building a team that consistently exceeds standards.

You will train and coach your people, manage operations and admin, and ensure a memorable guest experience with a clean, compliant, and efficient operation on every shift.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people-management experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Strong ability to drive performance and hit targets while maintaining quality.
• Ability to oversee day-to-day operations, rostering, stock and reporting.
