Job summary

St Ermin's Hotel in London is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager to help lead our Restaurant, Bar and Tea Lounge teams, delivering memorable guest experiences.

Working closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team, you'll develop colleagues, maintain service standards and ensure guests enjoy a warm, professional and personalised experience.

• Leading, coaching and motivating the Food & Beverage team to deliver outstanding service.
• Supporting the day-to-day operations across our Restaurant, Bar and Tea Lounge.
• Ensuring guests receive a warm, professional and personalised experience.
• Monitoring service quality and maintaining the highest operational standards.
• Training team members on menu knowledge, ingredients and service excellence.
• Ensuring colleagues understand allergen information and food safety requirements.
• Maintaining compliance with health, safety, hygiene and food storage regulations.
• Supporting recruitment, training and development initiatives within the department.
• Handling guest feedback professionally and turning challenges into positive outcomes.

About the Role

As Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager, you'll play a key role in the daily operation of our Restaurant, Bar and Tea Lounge.

Working closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team, you'll help deliver exceptional service standards, inspire and develop colleagues, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.

What You'll Be Doing
