CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
• High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in food and beverage or related area.
OR
• 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in food and beverage or related area.

Assisting in Food and Beverage Operations
• Foster a motivating, team-oriented environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees and guests.
• Respond proactively to concerns and use coaching skills.
• Demonstrate confidence, energy, and enthusiasm.
• Encourage staff to resolve guest concerns.
Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
• Deliver excellent service and respond promptly to guest concerns.
• Understand and promote the brand's service culture.
• Set service expectations and own guest complaints until resolved.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business.
Additional Responsibilities as Assigned
• Follow corporate accounting procedures.
• Assist with annual quality audits.
