Penningtons Brasserie and Bar in Windsor is seeking an Assistant Bar & Restaurant General Manager to lead Bar, Restaurant and F&B operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role reports to senior management and focuses on operational excellence and strong team engagement.

Assistant Restaurant and Bar
General Manager – Penningtons, Windsor - £37,500 plus TRONC and superb benefits.
