Job summary

Sutton 1079 is launching Pennington’s Brasserie in Windsor at the Castle Hotel, and we are hiring charismatic Waiters to set the standard. You’ll be the face of the brand, serving guests with warmth and confidence, and helping to create a memorable dining experience from day one.

As part of an opening team, you’ll learn the wine list, work closely with kitchen and bar teams, and deliver attentive hospitality in a busy Brasserie. Shifts include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Natural 'people person' with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Previous experience in a busy independent restaurant or brasserie is a big plus.
• Enjoy working closely with kitchen and bar teams to keep things running smoothly.
• Willingness to work a mix of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

About the role:

Join the opening team at Pennington’s, a brand-new British Brasserie within the historic Castle Hotel. We’re looking for charismatic, energetic Waiters to help us set the standard. If you love the buzz of a busy floor, have a passion for seasonal British produce, and want to be part of an exciting new launch from day one, we want to hear from you. As a Waiter at Pennington’s, you aren't just taking orders—you’re the face of our brand. You’ll be:

• You’re a natural "people person" with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
• Previous experience in a busy, independent restaurant or brasserie is a big plus, but a great work ethic is even better.
• You enjoy working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep things running smoothly.
• Comfortable working a mix of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
