Penningtons Brasserie and Bar, part of the Sutton Hotel Collection in Windsor, is seeking an Assistant Bar & Restaurant General Manager to lead Bar, Restaurant and F&B operations, delivering superb guest experiences and operational excellence. You will support senior management, foster strong team engagement, and drive guest satisfaction through attention to detail and pride in hospitality.
