Penningtons Brasserie and Bar in Windsor is seeking an Assistant Bar & Restaurant General Manager. You will lead bar, restaurant and F&B operations, supporting senior management to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

The Assistant Bar & Restaurant General Manager plays a key leadership role across Bar, Restaurant and F&B operations, supporting senior management in delivering exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence and strong team engagement.
