Job summary

Hawksmoor is seeking an Assistant Reservations Manager to join our team. You’ll have experience in restaurant reservations or similar roles such as reception services, bookings management, or restaurant management, and you’ll know OpenTable and email systems, with strong communication on the phone and face-to-face.

This role helps lead, develop and inspire a happy, supportive reservations team; Hawksmoor is a best steak restaurant, B Corp certified, and active in charity work with excellent

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant reservations or a similar role such as reception services, bookings management, or restaurant management.
• Familiarity with OpenTable and email systems.
• Excellent communicator on the phone and face-to-face.

• Contribute to smooth daily reservations operations and guest experience.
