Hawksmoor Seven Dials is seeking an Assistant Reservations Manager to support the Reservations Manager in leading the reservations and host team, ensuring warm, seamless and well organised guest experiences.

This hands-on role sits at the heart of the restaurant, coordinating bookings, hosting guests and guiding the team during service while maintaining high hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Reservations Manager with the day-to-day running of the reservations and host function
• Help lead and motivate the host and reservations team during service
• Manage bookings, walk-ins and waiting lists to support smooth service
• Welcome guests, oversee seating plans and support cloakroom and arrivals
• Communicate clearly with managers, floor teams and the kitchen to keep service flowing
• Handle guest queries, special requests and feedback with confidence and care
• Step up to lead the function when the Reservations Manager is not on site

As Assistant Reservations Manager at Hawksmoor, you’ll support the Reservations Manager in leading the reservations and host team, ensuring every guest experience is warm, seamless and well organised. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the restaurant. You’ll be welcoming guests, managing reservations and flow during service, and supporting the team on the floor rather than sitting behind a desk.

What You’ll Do

• Experienced in reservations, hosting or front-of-house leadership in a quality restaurant
