An Assistant Quantity Surveyor is required at Heathrow Airport on a contract basis.

About the company: Working for a well-established specialist contractor, they specialize in internal work, including ceilings, dry lining, partitioning, and general internal building works.

Your new role: Based at Heathrow Airport, working on prestigious projects across different terminals. You will collaborate with Project, Site, and Commercial Managers to assist the commercial team with various tasks. Typical duties include:

1. Handling project variations
2. Site visits to review drawings and assist with surveying duties
3. Working on NEC Contracts
4. Invoicing
5. Reviewing timesheet records

What you'll need to succeed:

• Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role, ideally on commercial projects
• Approximately 2 years of experience
• Availability to work 5 days a week in an office/site environment
• Attention to detail
• Living close to Heathrow Airport
