Job summary

Vextrix is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our Liverpool office, delivering post-contract cost management for various infrastructure projects. You will work under senior QS professionals, supporting client- contractor communications and commercial delivery.

The role focuses on measurement, pricing variations, and cost reporting within a Design & Build environment, with opportunities to grow and develop your quantity surveying career.

Qualifications

Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
Experience on infrastructure projects.
NEC contract knowledge desirable.
Experience with post-tender activities including variations and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

Support cost management across infrastructure projects.
Measure and price variations.
Assist post-contract cost reporting and final accounts.
