Toppesfield is offering an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team. You will work alongside and support the Managing Quantity Surveyor in delivering accurate financial and project transactions on our varied infrastructure projects across the UK.

The ideal candidate will bring an interest in the construction industry, an analytical mindset, and strong organisational skills.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of the QS role and cost reporting in construction.
• Analytical mindset with interest in construction industry.

Aufgaben

• Assist and support the Managing Quantity Surveyor with financial and project transactions.
• Prepare reports, schedules, emails, and communications with clients and contractors.
• Manage project variations and claims for loss and expense.
• Assist with interim valuations and payments.
• Provide monthly cost reports and forecasts.
• Attend site meetings for survey and development.
• Support administrative tasks for Commercial and Sales teams.
