We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the West Midlands, focusing on social housing contracts. As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor (AQS), you will be supporting the Quantity Surveyors in managing the costs related to building and civil engineering projects. This role involves assisting in estimating, budgeting, contract administration, and ensuring the financial aspects of projects are effectively managed to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Included will be a car allowance + fuel.
